• Problem One: Law in Rear Smokers Prayer

• Problem Two: Cigarette Sales Law
Most of the Muslims who have the trading profession, used to sell cigarettes, because of the many benefits that can be scooped from the sale, especially if there is a discount from tobacco companies.
Now it helps us listen to a questioner said, "What about the Islamic law to sell cigarettes that are sold because of the waivers (discount) from the tobacco companies?"
The scholars' Al-Lajnah Ad-Da'imah replied, "Smoking is forbidden; grow tobacco is haram; trade in cigarettes is haram, because there is great danger in cigarettes. It has been narrated in a hadith,
لا ضرر ولا ضرار

Smoking also includes khoba'its (something rotten, disgusting ugly again). Sunnguh-God-Almighty has spoken about the nature of the prophet alaihi wa sallam Shollallahu-,
"... And justify to them all that is good and forbids them evil things ...". (Surat al-A'raf: 157)
Allah-SWT-said,

• Problem Three: Legal to Sell Cigarettes for the Parent Command
Sometimes there are some people already know the illicit nature of smoking and selling cigarettes. But he was puzzled when he was ordered by his parents to sell illicit goods. He was unsure whether he is obeying Allah and the Messenger-sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam, or whether he obey his parents?!

The scholars in Al-Lajnah Ad-Da'imah replied, "Smoking is forbidden, the sale of cigarettes is illegal, although it happened at the behest of their parents or otherwise, because of the hadeeth of the Prophet, sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam, that he said,
لا طاعة لمخلوق في معصية الله عز وجل
"There's absolutely nothing in obedience to an immoral creature to the Creator-Almighty-". [HR. In Al-Musnad Ahmad (1041)]
He also said:
إنما الطاعة في المعروف

• Problem Four: Planting Tobacco Law
Among the major cause of most operations, because of ta'awun (cooperation) between traders with tobacco farmers. The farmers sometimes feel that he is not subject to sin if he planted tobacco. For he reasoned that it was not they who make the cigarettes, but the owners of tobacco companies.
Is it true that farmers are not affected by sin in the sense that the work is not haram??! Now it helps us see a questioner who said, "How about the Islamic law on tobacco growing and the wealth accumulated by tobacco farmers from the sale of tobacco?"
The scholars in Al-Lajnah Ad-Da'imah replied, "They should not grow tobacco, sell, and use it, because the illicit cigarettes from several sides: for some madhorot (hazard) it is large in terms of health, because of its ugliness, no boondoggle . compulsory for a Muslim to leave, stay away, do not plant it and not trade them anyway, because if God forbid something, and He forbids its price, Allaah knows best ". • Fifth Problem: Mandatory repent of Cigarettes
There are among us who think that smoking is not a sin, so he thought that he did not need to repent of these actions. But demikiankah case. "And do mutual assistance in sin and transgression. And fear ye God". (QS.Al-Maa 'Idah: 2)
Benefits: Some people sometimes chattering that smoking is not haram because there is no "smoking" and its ban in the Koran that they think that smoking is forbidden. When in fact many of the arguments in Al-'Qur'an-containing Siwak Siwak which ensures illicit cigarettes. Ibn Mas'ud said, "Do you find (s ebuah verse) in the Mushaf (which reads):
"What brought by the Messenger to you, then accept it. And whatever he forbids you, then leave". (Surat al-Hashr: 7)

Wearing wigs contain no proof that the Book of Allah lafazh ban, but the arguments are implicitly prohibits it contained in the Book of Allah, because the alias used to connect hair wigs, including a form of fraud and deception.
